The Merlin Explorer Collection has been designed to complement the rise in accessible, do-it-all motorcycles, along with the increased desire to get out and travel thanks to nearly 18 months of COVID-19 lockdowns. Explorer offers rugged styling, durability and protection while incorporating the signature Merlin styling using only the best materials and components, such as Halley Stevensons® waxed cotton, D3O® armour and Cordura®.
Merlin Ladies Mahala Cordura® Jacket
All the same great features of the men’s Mahala jacket, now in a flattering female-specific fit. Providing all the versatility required for any kind of adventure, the Mahala jacket is packed with features to tackle all conditions. A fixed waterproof Reissa® membrane combines with a removable 125g full-body thermal lining for cold and wet weather protection, while zipped vents front and rear can be opened in warmer climates. Pre-fitted with a seven-piece D3O® armour set and constructed from abrasion-resistant Cordura®, Mahala is also highly protective.
Caring for your Mahala jacket
To care for your jacket, remove all armour from the shoulders, elbows and back and also any removable inner liners. Use a lint-free brush or cloth to really get into any especially dirty areas, then hand-wash the jacket with a mild or diluted detergent in lukewarm water.
