The Merlin Heritage Collection seamlessly blends classic styling with modern protection to create a versatile selection of motorcycle clothing. We use a range of different market-leading materials, including Halley Stevensons® Waxed Cotton, D3O® armour and Reissa® waterproofing to ensure the highest quality. Merlin Gable leather jacket

Merlin’s most innovative leather jacket yet, Gable is like no other product on the market. The waterproof and breathable technology of Gable has been directly washed into the leather to stop water soaking through, leaving the leather (and the rider) completely dry. A removable 125g thermal full-sleeved liner is included too for when the temperature really drops. A five-piece D3O® armour set is pre-fitted and Gable overall receives the top-level ‘AAA’ CE rating. Available in two colours – black and eye-catching oxblood. Available in sizes 38-50.

Caring for your Gable leather jacket

It’s important not to let dirt build up on your leather jacket, and any dirt can be removed using a sponge or a lint-free cloth, cold water and a small amount of neutral soap. You can also use a specialist pH neutral leather cleaner, though we would recommend testing this on an inconspicuous area of the jacket first.
