Each piece can be worn separately or interconnected for full-body warmth, giving you the flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and your own preferences. Further flexibility is designed in to allowing you to connect to either your motorcycle’s 12V battery or using Merlin’s portable high capacity battery pack. Whether you’re braving a frosty morning commute or tackling a winter tour, we have you covered.

Merlin Thermavolt Heated Inner Glove

Designed to layer seamlessly beneath your outer gloves, the ThermaVolt Heated Inner Glove delivers discreet, targeted warmth without added bulk. Constructed from stretch Lycra for a close, flexible fit, it connects directly to the ThermaVolt jacket cuff for continuous power, or can be run independently via the zipped cuff battery (purchased separately). Lightweight and low-profile, it provides efficient heat exactly where you need it, enhancing cold weather comfort while preserving dexterity and control.

Charging your Thermavolt Inner Glove

The Thermavolt Inner Glove comes equipped with a lead that allows you to connect it to your motorcycle’s 12V power source, providing consistent warmth while riding. If your motorcycle doesn’t have a 12V power source or you prefer to use it off bike, then a rechargeable battery is available separately.

Merlin ThermaVolt Heated Garment Starter Kit

The Y connector lead allows you to connect the jacket to the trousers to deliver heat through a single power source. The connector also connects to the socks but we would recommend using the sock rechargeable batteries if not powering using a motorcycle 12V power source.
