Merlin Lombard Lite Cotec Trousers
Lombard Lite is the new, stripped back version of the popular Lombard waterproof Outlast® trouser. Lombard Lite is aimed at riders in warmer climates looking for high amounts of protection without compromise on style. Utilising the exclusive Halley Stevensons® technical waxed cotton ‘Cotec’, you experience half the weight but twice the strength of traditional waxed cotton. Further Cotec is only lightly waxed which improves the breathability. The Lombard Lite trouser has stretch points to the rear and knees along with a long-length YKK® ankle zip for easy fitting over boots.
Caring for your Lombard Lite Cotec Trousers
To care for your trousers, begin by lightly brushing off any dirt or soil, and use a cold damp cloth if necessary to wipe down the trousers. Clean them in this way regularly to maintain their appearance, but don’t be too harsh as the wax will be removed. You can re-wax the trousers with our Merlin Wax Cotton Tin when the trousers lose their waxed finish and water begins to soak into the cotton rather than bead off.
