The Heated Collection brings you an intelligent system of heated midlayer garments, including a jacket, trousers, and socks. Each piece can be worn separately or interconnected for full-body warmth, giving you the flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and your own preferences. Further flexibility is designed in to allowing you to connect to either your motorcycle’s 12V battery or using Merlin’s portable high capacity battery pack. Merlin Kinetic Heated Midlayer Trouser

Expanding the Merlin heated apparel range, Kinetic Trousers are engineered to deliver targeted warmth where it matters most. Highloft white duck down insulation (650 fill power) is combined with integrated carbon heating panels from the waist to the knee, maximising heat retention through the core and upper leg. Below the knee, a durable stretch polyester construction ensures a close, comfortable fit inside riding boots, maintaining mobility without bulk.

Designed for cold weather riding, Kinetic trousers balance insulation, heat and fit for all day comfort on and off the bike.

Charging your Kinetic Trouser

The Kinetic Trouser comes equipped with a lead that allows you to connect it to your motorcycle’s 12V power source, providing consistent warmth while riding. If your motorcycle doesn’t have a 12V power source or you prefer to use it off bike, then a rechargeable battery is available separately. Merlin’s rechargeable 6000 mAH battery comes as part of a kit that includes a battery, battery charger and an apparel Y connector lead.

Merlin ThermaVolt Heated Garment Starter Kit

The Y connector lead allows you to connect the jacket to the trousers to deliver heat through a single power source. The connector also connects to the socks but we would recommend using the sock rechargeable batteries if not powering using a motorcycle 12V power source.
