Merlin Kildare Waterproof Jean
Expanding our Leisure Moto collection, the Kildare jean is built for riders who want everyday denim styling backed by true all-weather performance. Constructed from comfort-stretch denim with a DWR treated outer, it’s paired with a waterproof and breathable Reissa membrane to keep you protected when the weather turns, without losing that natural, easy-wearing feel.
Designed for the road, Kildare comes equipped with pre-fitted D3O Ghost armour at the hips and knees, delivering trusted impact protection while maintaining flexibility and comfort. The jean achieves a CE Level AA rating, striking the balance between safety and wearability.
Cut in a straight-leg fit with a subtle taper at the ankle, Kildare reduces excess movement at speed while keeping a clean, modern silhouette, ideal for both riding and everyday use.
Caring for your Kildare jeans
Before washing, remove all impact protectors, turn the jeans inside out and close any zippers and buttons. Using a neutral/mild or diluted detergent without any bleach, machine wash the jeans on a gentle cycle, separate to other items. Do not use fabric softener.
