Product Description

Ashton is a brown boot designed for use both on and off the bike. When paired up with a set of Route One denim by Merlin these boots have a casual look, influenced by the high street. Despite the casual style Ashton is certified to the EN13634:2017 motorcycle boot standard achieving Level 2 (highest possible) for abrasion, cut and transverse rigidity.

Riders can find a simple lace entry and fastening system but also an inside YKK zip so that once riders have set the laces they never need to adjust them, just use the zip to enter and secure the foot.

Low fuss, excellent leather that will distress and age providing character over time, at an exceptional price point when considering this boot also features an exclusive triple liner Hipora waterproof system designed by Merlin for excellent waterproof protection.

Tested these in some bad weather and stood up amazingly well. Super comfy and protective

Chose these because they looked good on and off the bike and they have not let me down. Would recommend these boots that have gone through over a year of heavy usage without any problems- dry, warm and comfortable. Great value for money.

Just bought a pair of these boots,(Feb 2018) and i would just like to add some extra info on the sizing, by saying they are true to size (ish). I’m a UK 9 euro 43 and the fit me very well….they’re snug if a little Tight (not full broken in yet) wearing a sport sock, don’t think you would get away with anything thicker. As for the zip access with the laces tied…Forget it! No way!
Overall a Nice Boot, I like them. After shopping around I found a pair at a great price…..just under £100 posted!
Only time will tell how they hold up.
Update after using for 2 months on and off the Bike : They have broke in a little, but i would say to anyone thinking of buying a pair, GO and try a pair on first in the size you think you would normally buy, as you may need to go a size up due to the Tight / Snug Fit.
I am however happy with the size 9 which are working for me.
One more small point to make, The eyelets on the underside are not very well finished off, and are rough! on the laces when pulling through to do up…..they are fraying / wearing the laces out prematurely. I will have to try and wax them or something to see if I can improve this problem. (need new laces already!)
    Hope this info helps.
